What is the price of a child's haircut ?
We do not service children under 12 years old. Kindly refer to our Child Safety Policy below.
Child Safety Policy: For safety reasons and insurance purposes, We do not have the facilities to care for children.
No children under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.
We love children, and hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
**Due to the nature of our environment,
only children 12 years and older with an appointment are permitted.
What is your cancellation policy ?
Your appointment is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the time with clients on our waiting list.
A charge of 100% of the reserved service price will be applied for cancellations or rescheduling
( less than 48 hours notice)
and 100% charge for not showing up for your appointment.

Where can I park ?
Free and metered Parking is available along Adams Street.
Additional parking is available in the lot located at 177-189 Adams Street (brick apartment building).
*Please DO NOT park behind the salon in the driveway
How do you handle corrective color ?
If you are considering a major color change or your hair is in need of color correction,
we strongly recommend a consultation.
Do you have a referral program ?
Yes, We love it when our clients send us customers. As a reward to our loyal clients,
we offer a reward of $10 off any retail product for any client referred to us.
What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Discover, as well as Debit Cards and Cash.
We do not accept Checks or American Express.
How are gratuities handled ?
Tips can not be added to credit card charges.
